Lydia Hearst is urging her fans to be generous this Christmas by donating money to a charity offering surgery to children with facial deformities.
The socialite-turned-actress has worked closely with bosses at Operation Smile, which aims to correct cleft lip and cleft pallets in youngsters.
She personally dipped into her own pocket for the cause earlier this year, pledging to donate $1 for every fan who registered on her website, up to a total of $2,500 - and now she's turned the tables on her followers.
In a post on her Twitter page, she writes: "This holiday season give a gift that can save and change a life. Please donate to operationsmile."
