Louis Walsh has apparently been offered a position on the upcoming BB talent competition Any Dream Will Do - just weeks after being axed as a judge from the British hit programme the X Factor by Simon Cowell. Walsh, who sat on the judging panel alongside Cowell and Sharon Osbourne for the ITV programme, recently (10MAR07) accused Cowell of "stabbing" him in the back for sacking him from the hit show. But Walsh was quickly snapped up by the BBC to work on their own TV talent show, which features young hopefuls auditioning for the lead role in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.A source says, "(Walsh) was really hurt that Simon dropped him without even speaking to him directly."The BBC moved fast to ask if he'd like to help out. He is delighted to be working for the BBC - and the fact that he'll be going up against Cowell's show makes it even sweeter."
