Lisa Kudrow is heading back to court in California to battle an ex-manager who is fighting for a slice of her Friends fortune.
The actress ended her professional relationship with her longtime representative Scott Howard in 2007 and he subsequently sued her for a portion of the syndication payments she receives for work she carried out between 1991 and 1997, while he was her manager.
A judge dismissed the case, claiming there was not enough evidence to proceed, but an appeals court has now ruled Howard should be given another chance to stake his claim.
The case will now head back to court for a new trial, according to the Hollywood Reporter. (LR/HR/ZN)
Lisa Kudrow can currently be seen on the big screen in Emma Stone's new movie Easy A, her first film since Love and Other Impossible Pursuits last year.
As well as movie roles she has also been working on TV series Web Therapy, she has had the role of Fiona Wallice since 2008.
