Laurie Metcalf was sister to Roseanne (above) in the hit sitcom
Laurie Metcalf's second marriage has ended in divorce.
The former Roseanne star, who played sister Jackie in the sitcom, wed actor Matt Roth in 1993 and now he has filed for divorce in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple has two kids, according to TMZ.com.
Roth is requesting that he and Metcalf share join physical and legal custody of the children.
The pair have been separated for the past three years.
Metcalf, who's been nominated for Emmys seven times for Roseanne and guest appearances on Monk, Third Rock From the Sun and Desperate Housewives, most recently played the mother of Jim Parsons' Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory.
