Friends and family of the teenager killed in Prison Break star Lane Garrison's pre-Christmas car crash in 2006 have handed a petition to a judge asking that the actor is handed the maximum sentence for vehicular manslaughter.Vahagn Setian was a passenger in Garrison's Land Rover when the actor lost control of the vehicle and crashed after leaving a party. The 17-year-old was later pronounced dead in hospital.Garrison pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, driving under the influence and providing alcohol to a minor in August (07), and is due to be sentenced on Wednesday (31Oct07).On Tuesday (30Oct07), Setian's friends and family presented a petition featuring 3,600 signatures to a judge in Beverly Hills, California, demanding Garrison serve the maximum sentence of six years and eight months for his crimes.Setian's friend, a student called Alex, read a statement outside the court: "To do anything else sends a terrible message to young people, the community and others who drink and drive".
