The couple share custody of the two boys.Kaplan says, "When they are with him, he is going to shield his children from unwanted media attention. You will not find a picture of Kevin parading with the children out in a public place."He's focused right now on being the best parent that he can be."He doesn't want to do anything that would be perceived as taking her (Spears) down a peg. His goal is to keep things between him and Britney private. There's a proper forum to discuss issues with a co-parent. That place is not in the public eye."
Spears has wasted no time in selling the Malibu, marital home she shared with Federline.
The singer has sold the seven-bedroom property to an anonymous buyer for $12 million (£6 million).
Spears put the mansion on the market last November (06) for $13.5 million (£6.75 million), but cut the price in March (07).
The pop superstar's other California mansion, a six-bedroom house in Beverly Hills, remains on the market for just under $7.5 million (£3.75 million),according to Life & Style magazine
As she attempts to sell the second home, Spears has reportedly moved herself, her two sons and her entourage into the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
