Kelly Rutherford has given birth to her second child following months of bitter court wranglings with the tot's father Daniel Giersch.
The Gossip Girl star welcomed a baby girl on Monday night (08Jun09) at a Los Angeles hospital, according to RadarOnline.com.
It is not known if Giersch was present for the birth.
The pair filed for divorce last year (08) and have since been embroiled in a custody battled over their two year old son Hermes.
In May (09), Rutherford accused her businessman ex of putting Hermes in danger by not covering the swimming pool at his home - after admitting hiring a private investigator to secretly film at the property.
The pair were married in August of 2006, she gave birth to their first child just months later. Giersch is Rutherford's second husband after she was married to Carols Tarajano from June 2001 to January 2002.
