Nikki and Paul were married on Sunday in front of 100 guests
Kellan Lutz has congratulated his Twilight co-star Nikki Reed on her marriage.
The actress exchanged vows with singer Paul McDonald, a former American Idol contestant, in California on Sunday.
The blushing bride took to Twitter on Monday to express her happiness.
She writes: "Yesterday was the most magical day of my life..."
Her post prompted Lutz to send his love to the actress in his own post, he tweeted: "Huge congrats to you guys! So happy for you!"
The couple married in front of 100 guests. E! News reports that "Idol" singer Stefano Langone played the reception, along with McDonald's band, Grand Magnolias. McDonald also reportedly performed at the party.
"Spy Kids" star and Reed pal Alexa Vega served as a bridesmaid at the festivities.
"We couldn't be happier!" the couple said in a statement after news broke of their wedding. "[We were] surrounded by our family and friends. We're so glad this day has come!"
The two began dating in April and got engaged just two months later. They announced their plans to marry at the MTV Movie Awards in June, where Reed was spotted sporting an engagement ring.
