Kate Winslet for V magazine
Kate Winslet channels her heroine Elizabeth Taylor in a new shoot for V magazine.
The Titanic star channels Taylor, who died in March, in a series of snaps by famed photographer Mario Testino for the Heroes issue of the magazine.
The spread sees Winslet morphed into an uncanny likeness of the Cleopatra icon, as she dons headscarves, turbans and Harry Winston and Chanel gems.
Winslet also describes how Taylor inspired her career, insisting: "There was a real fearlessness in her."
The same can be said for Kate now after being hailed a hero herself, after she rescued Richard Branson's mother from his Carribean home on Necker Island.
