Kate Moss is suing The News of the World after claims were made that she enjoyed an alcohol fuelled orgy during her 34th birthday celebrations.The tabloid claims the supermodel took part in a steamy sex session with two female models and a man at the Dorchester Hotel in London whilst onlookers looked on. A representative from Storm modelling agency, which Moss is signed to, called the article "false and defamatory". According to Now magazine, Moss has told her lawyers to take legal action against the newspaper. Moss' birthday celebrations have become legendary - she held a huge party for her 31st birthday at her Cotswolds estate where she met drug addict Pete Doherty, they went onto have a notorious relationship. This year she celebrated with a celebrity - studded party in London at the club Punk in Soho, stars included Kelly Osbourne, Jools Holland and Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood.
