Jessie James is being sued by a U.S. man who claims the star failed to deliver a custom-made car he purchased for $420,000 (£210,000).The former Monster Garage host is in trouble after Michael B. Jones of Omaha, Nebraska alleges he agreed to pay between $250,000- $350,000 (£125,000 - £175,000) for a "sleek and low-slung custom" 1949 Cadillac Sedanette from James through his company, West Coast Choppers, Inc.The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, alleges breach of contract, fraud and seeks a return of $422,680 (£211,340) Jones says he paid James, plus interest and damages.
