Jeremy London is looking forward to opening up about his alleged kidnapping in court on Friday (08Oct10) - because he wants to silence accusations he fabricated the ordeal.

The former Party of Five star is set to speak at Brandon Adams' evidentiary hearing  - Adams, 27, is accused of kidnapping the actor in California on 10 June (10) after he and his friends offered to help him change a flat tyre on his car.

London alleges he was held at gunpoint and ordered to drive the men around Palm Springs. He also claims he was forced to "purchase alcohol and use illicit drugs" during his ordeal.

The 37 year old admits he's "nervous as hell" about speaking out about the incident but is determined to take to the stand, stating, "I was the victim of a violent crime and justice needs to be done."

The star reveals he was left feeling suicidal after his mother, Debbie Nielsen, and his brother Jason, spoke publicly about his drug battle and questioned the validity of his story - and he's hoping his court appearance will silence any doubts that he made up the incident.

London tells People.com, "I'm just glad the whole world is going to see I'm telling the truth. All those who said bad things about me are going to look really silly. Being assaulted was bad enough, but what my brother and mother said about me almost made me want to jump off a bridge."

Adams has pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, robbery, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft and carjacking and Friday's hearing is being held to determine if enough evidence exists to order a trial.
