Tonight Jade faced the reality of her Celebrity Big Brother actions, as she was voted out of the house recieving over eighty percent of the votes.Last night Jade had been called into the diary room and told by The Big Guy it had "come to Big Brother's attention that over the past few days she had made remarks which might be considered offensive about fellow housemate Shilpa Shetty."Big Brother then read back her "Shilpa Poppadom" comment, which Jade denied had been racist. "I promise you sincerely, it was not done in a racial way," she said. "I'm not racist, I'm very far from racist."When she left the diary room Jade took Shilpa into the garden to apologise.But Jade was clearly stunned at the realisation she is no longer favoured by the viewing public and went into the diary room in an attempt to make ammends spending over 30 minutes crying and talking about leaving the house.Obviously well aware of how much damage to her career by the controversy, she said: "It's so different this time around, because before I didn't have anything to lose. Now I'm a known person and there are people that like me. I've got a fan base and I'm scared of being rejected."Later she said: "I'll be so scared when I've got to go. But I don't want no special treatment, never the less Channel 4 banned its usual audience attending the eviction. when she was later voted out.

Jade continued that she would not quit saying "Because if I go and quit, then there's more of a story to make out of it.

"I'm not gonna do that because I'm not a racist and I'm going to stand my ground and tell everybody that I'm not a racist."

After her diary room visit she spoke to Danielle, Jo, Jack, Ian and Cleo.

Explaining that her behaviour had been viewed in a negative light, Ian said to her: "Can I just ask, does the word begin with `R'?"

"Yes," she replied. "I'm so, so scared. I've never been more scared in my life. And I swear to that.

"There's a massive chance that I could be booed. And the whole feeling of being rejected absolutely kills me. It's not being rejected because I'm loud or boring or aggressive or any of these things.

"It'll be for something that I'm not and it frightens the life out of me."

Danielle also twigged that her behaviour had been perceived as racist and apologised to Shilpa, another with an eye on a career dependant on public opinion.

Earlier this week it was reported in the Sun newspaper that she was heard saying Shilpa should "f*** off home" and complained to Jo that she didn't like Shilpa touching her food because "you don't know where her hands have been".

Danielle told Shilpa she was "young and quite naïve" and followed Jade because she was "intimidated" by her, a case of shifting the blame during an exercise of damage limitation, then in what could be taken as a condescending remark added "And you can even cook me curry and you can pick the onions out with your fingers." really!
