The investigation into an alleged sexual assault at the Playboy mansion, owned by Hugh Hefner, have been dropped.Police started their questioning on Monday (06Aug07) and concluded their report on Friday (10Aug07), declaring there was no evidence that the reported assault at a summer party had taken place. A statement from Playboy reads, "We were informed by LAPD that their investigation has concluded with no evidence of any sexual assault having occurred at the Playboy Mansion."Safety and security at the Mansion remain a priority, not only for those who live there, but for all invited guests."We thank the LAPD for their quick and thorough investigation into this matter." It was alleged that a 22 year old woman was raped while unconscious. The allegation also included a 17 year old boy.The alleged incident took place during aparty held by Hefner.
