Two producers of the hit TV series, Heroes have reportedly been axed.
Apparently it comes after a row over creative differences and budget overruns.
Alexander and Jeph Loeb, who had been with the programme since its launch, were fired by U.S. network NBC after officials complained about the direction the show was taking.
According to Variety.com, the pair also came under fire for a series of financial misjudgments which left the show running well over its seasonal budget.
The news comes as creater and executive producer Tim Kring promises to simplify the show.
