Heather Mills has launched a scathing attack on ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney's lawyer - accusing her of mishandling their divorce case.Mills won $33 million (£16.5 million) cash with assets worth $15.6 million (£7.8 million) following the breakdown of her four-year marriage to the former Beatle.But speaking outside London's High Court, Mills accused Fiona Shackleton of causing her funerary upset during the case.She says, "They wanted to charge me £600,000 ($1.2 million) just to do this trial which could quite easily have gone to charity. (Our split) was amicable, we had planned this for months. But whatever you read, it was dealing with an impossible side."Fiona Shackleton is very sadly handling this case in the worst manner you could ever imagine. She has called me many many names before meeting me in the wheelchair".Meanwhile in other related news Heather Mills denies reports she will flee Britain after receiving her $48.6 million (£24.3 million) divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney - because she fears her ex-husband will threaten her with an injunction.Mills won $33 million (£16.5 million) cash with assets worth $15.6 million (£7.8 million) following the breakdown of her four-year marriage to the former Beatle.But she denies claims made by her father that she plans to start a new life in the U.S. with the couple's four-year-old daughter Beatrice.
She says, "I can't leave England. I want my daughter to be with her father.
And believe me if I tried to leave the country her father would put an injunction out on me in a minute".
