Actress Heather Locklear has sparked rumours she is to wed partner Jack Wagner after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger during her weekend arrest.The former Melrose Place star, 47, was taken into custody by police in Santa Barbara on Saturday after a local reported her "driving erratically" upon leaving a parking lot in the coastal city.She was booked for driving under the influence and being under the influence of a controlled substance, before being released on Sunday without posting bail.Photographs of Locklear's arrest have now been posted online - with close-up shots showing the star wearing what looks like a diamond engagement ring on her left hand.The couple, who met on the set of TV soap Melrose Place, has been dating since early 2007.If the wedding rumours are true, it will be Locklear's third trip down the aisle. She wed Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee in 1986, before divorcing six years later, and she married Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora in 1994. They split in 2006 after 12 years together and are parents to 10-year-old daughter Ava.
