Halle Berry's first child will be born out of wedlock - the actress has no plans to wed boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. The actress has sworn off marriage after two divorces, and becoming a mother hasn't changed her mind.She says, "What Gabriel and I have decided is that we will just redefine marriage for ourselves."Despite initially denying the rumours that she was pregnant Berry finally confirmed that she was three months pregnant in September.The actress has been married twice her first was in 1992 to pro baseball player David Justice. But the marriage ended in divorce four years later. In 2001 she married musician Eric Benet and was in the process of adopting his daughter India. But the couple were divorced before the plans were finalised.Berry has been dating model Aubry since 2005 and he is nine years her junior.
