Oscar nominee Forest Whitaker has been exposed as a tax cheat in an explosive new US tabloid article.The Last King Of Scotland star, who is the favourite to pick up the 2007 Best Actor Oscar on 25 February (07) reportedly owes almost $2 million in federal and state taxes, according to the Globe.The publication claims to have obtained tax records that prove officials at America's Internal Revenue Service have been attempting to get the actor to pay up since 2000.In addition, records show the state of California has filed two liens for unpaid taxes in the past two years.
