Estella Warren faces time behind bars after being charged with four misdemeanour charges after being arrested for DUI last month.
The model/actress reportedly crashed her Toyota Prius into three parked cars and then allegedly drove away. After being suspected of DUI she was arrested but allegedly resisted arrest by kicking one of the police officers.
Warren was then escorted to a Los Angeles police station to be booked for the charges but managed to slip out of her handcuffs and escape the building. She was then captured and detained.
TMZ.com reports that Warren could face up to two-and-a-half years in jail if she is convicted of the charges for DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a cop and resisting arrest.
The charges were filed against her yesterday and Warren is due to appear in court next week.
