Emily Blunt Marries John Krasinski
Emily Blunt has become Mrs. John Krasinski after marrying The Office star on Saturday (10Jul10).
The couple tied the knot in front of friends and family in an intimate service at the Villa D'este in Como, Italy.
Krasinski's rep tells Usmagazine.com, "John and Emily were married on Saturday in a private ceremony."
George Clooney and his Italian girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis are said to have attended the wedding.
An insider adds, "It was an outdoor ceremony and absolutely beautiful."
The funnyman proposed to The Devil Wears Prada actress Blunt last August (09) after a whirlwind 10-month romance.
Comedian Martin Lawrence also married his wed his longtime girlfriend in a low-key ceremony at his Beverly Hills home.
The Big Momma's House star, 45, exchanged vows with Shamicka Gibbs, 35, on Saturday (10Jul10) in front of 120 guests, including his close pals Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy, reports People.com.
The couple's two daughters, Amara, nine, and seven-year-old Iyana, served as flower girls in the Christian ceremony, along with Lawrence's 14-year-old child Jasmine, from his first marriage to Patricia Southall.
Singer Carrie Underwood and ice hockey player Mike Fisher and basketball star Carmelo Anthony and former MTV VJ La La Vasquez all tied the knot on the same day.
