This years presenter of the Oscars Ellen DeGeneres' is certainly on a career high at the moment her hit American chat show has been put forward for 12 Daytime Emmys. The popular programme is up for a Best Talk Show prize and DeGeneres herself is nominated as Best Host - an award she has won three years in a row.Retired model Tyra Banks has also landed Best Talk Show Host and Best Talk Show nominations for her self-titled daytime programme.Daytime soap Guiding Light leads this year's nominations, with 17 nods.The winners will be announced in Hollywood on 15 June.
