Two months after the Hollywood legend passed away due to congestive heart failure, her luxury home has gone up for sale. Taylor purchased the five bed property in Bel Air in 1981 and lived their up until her death in March. The house is expected to sell for $8.6 million. The house also includes maid’s quarters and a koi pond complete with waterfall and hothouse for orchids. According to the Wall Street Journal, the property was previously owned by Nancy Sinatra, Sr. Taylor’s son Christopher Wilding says in a statement, “(The house was) where we all gathered, especially at Thanksgiving and Easter… She never entertained the notion of moving.”
