The McFly bassist was crowned King of the Jungle on reality TV show I'm a Celebrity...Ge Me Out Of Here on Saturday night.
The popstar beat The Only Way Is Essex star, Mark Wright to win the series.
The 24 year old survived 22 days in the Australian jungle, enduring tasks and Bushtucker trials to become victorious in the final.
Poynter said: "I'm lost for words, my mouth is so dry. These have been the best couple of weeks of my life," after winning the title.
The rocker became the eleventh celebrity to win the ITV1 show, following in the footsteps of Kerry Katona, Matt Willis and Stacey Solomon.
