Movie star Don Cheadle has been given 30 days to take care of his medical affairs before serving on a Los Angeles jury.The Hotel Rwanda star was in court on Wednesday as a potential juror in a car theft case.But Cheadle told the court he wouldn't be able to serve on the jury because he has a pressing surgery session on Friday.He was allowed to skip the jury selection process, but told he must return to court in 30 days to be considered for another case.
