David Blaine has completed his latest death-defying stunt in spectacular fashion - by appearing to vanish into thin air.Blaine spent 60 hours hanging upside down over New York's Central Park this week, and upon completion on Wednesday night, he jumped from the metal frame he was suspended from and was hoisted up, disappearing into the darkness. But the star - who was warned by medics that his stunt could result in permanent blindness - has been criticised by the public, with some onlookers claiming he exaggerated the difficulty of the feat by taking hourly toilet, medical and tea breaks. One witness says, "I am totally unimpressed. I'd rather be at home. If his name hadn't been David Blaine I would never have come."However, in an interview given during the stunt, Blaine dismissed the "cheat" claims, saying he was "not going to pee all over" himself.
