Famously quirky dressers David Arquette and Ben Harper are going into business together - creating a new fashion line.The pair is funding a new clothing range, called Propr, that will be unveiled at September's New York Fashion Week.Arquette even plans to celebrate his 37th birthday at a fashion bash in the Big Apple on 8 September, reports the New York Daily News.
