Daniel Baldwin's divorce is back on - his wife Joanne has filed papers in Oregon.
The Mulholland Falls star filed for divorce this summer (11) and won custody of the couple's two kids following an alleged violent domestic altercation - but the couple called off plans to split and Baldwin dismissed his petition in August (11).
But now Joanne Baldwin is filing divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences.
In the papers, obtained by TMZ.com, Joanne is demanding $4,000 (£2,500)-per-month in child support plus half of all of her husband's earnings, including a $100,000 (£62,500) payday the actor is allegedly set to make in Australia.
Joanne is also asking the court to demand the actor takes out a $1 million (£625,000) life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids.
She also wants sole custody of the couple's children.
