Director Sofia Coppola and her partner, French rocker Thomas Mars, are expecting their second child.
The front man for the band Phoenix, confirmed the baby news during a backstage interview with Chicago’s WXRT radio station.
Coppola, 38 and Mars have been together for four years, the couple already share a three-year-old daughter, Romy.
Coppola was previously married to director Spike Jonze.
The mother to be is currently working on, her first film since Marie Antoinette in 2006.
Somewhere stars Michelle Monaghan and Benecio Del Toro and will be at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
