Spider-Man producer Laura Ziskin has voiced her support for Christina Applegate as the actress battles breast cancer. The 36-year-old announced the news of her illness on Saturday, with Applegate's spokesperson adding that she is expected to make a full recovery once she completes her treatment. And Ziskin, herself a breast cancer survivor who invited Applegate to participate in the forthcoming Stand Up To Cancer telethon last month, has expressed her sympathy and given the star some words of advice.Ziskin tells People.com, "She found it early. She's going to get through the treatment, and she'll be okay. She needs to say, 'I have an illness, I have to treat it, and be good to my body and not over-stress myself,' and then she'll get well."And the producer hopes Applegate's upcoming appearance on the charity telethon on 5 September will help the actress cope with her health crisis.Ziskin adds: "To be on the show and to hear other people, it's comforting to be around other people who've been through it. This (feeling of community) is really the vibe of the show."I hope (Applegate) feels it. We are all there for her now, and know what she's going through. We're all thinking of her and praying for her."
