Rush Hour Star Chris Tuckers is going on a worldwide comedy tour to remind fans that he is a stand-up comedian rather than an actor.The movie star insists once promotional work for Rush Hour 3 is complete he'll start plans for an ambitious stand-up tour, which will be filmed at certain stops for a performance movie. He says, "A lot of people don't know I started out doing standup comedy so I'm doing a stand-up 20 city tour, then worldwide."I'll also be filming a stand-up comedy movie like Eddie Murphy did with Raw."Tucker's first movie role came in 1995 when he starred alongside Ice Cube in Friday he went on to to film Money Talks with Charile Sheen and The Fifth Element with Bruce Willis.But he really made anme for himself in Rush Hour as James Carter, a wise cracking detective, alongside martial art hero Jackie Chan.The success of the first movie secured a sequel and Tucker was paid $20 million to appear. Tucker has reprised his role for the third outing in the Rush Hour franchise.
