Charlie Sheen's baby son Max has been released from hospital after battling weight issues.
Max and his twin brother Bob were born two weeks premature on 14 March and the tot was admitted to a Los Angeles-area hospital last week over fears he wasn't gaining enough weight.
The actor dismissed reports the baby had a heart condition and his publicist told the media, "He has not gained the weight necessary to leave the hospital. Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother at home."
On Tuesday, Sheen's spokesman Stan Rosenfield confirmed little Max had been allowed to join his family over the weekend.
Rosenfield told People.com, "Max made weight and went home. It's frustrating to be a parent and not have your family home with you."
