Camille and Kelsey Grammer
Camille Grammer, ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer, has won the first round of the former couple’s messy custody battle after a judge granted her request to ban friends and relatives from living at their vacation properties.
Kelsey Grammer filed for the primary physical custody of their six-year-old son Jude, which will split him from his sister, nine-year-old Mason.
Camille challenged Grammer’s claim by filing for sole custody of both children.
She also raised fears for her children’s privacy whilst staying a various holiday homes and so requested that the judge forbid anyone outside immediate family to stay overnight at any of the properties, reports TMZ.com.
Yesterday the judge ruled in Camille’s favour, stating that any visitors had to obtain written consent from both Camille and Grammer.
Grammer is pushing for the custody case to go to trial.
