Brooke Shields returned to Princeton University on Monday to give a speech to students for Princeton Class Day.
The star, who graduated the Ivy League university in 1987, recalled the fun she’d had at the school’s Nude Olympics, which have now been banned.
She said, “You survived, through all of the hard work, the fear, the anger, the tears, the fatigue, the joy, the sadness, the feelings of success, the love, the excitement, the fun - and that was all just during Nude Olympics.”
Shields also revealed what it was like to be a celebrity student, speaking of a time when her grades were published in Life magazine, and when a National Enquirer photographer tried to take pictures of her whilst she was taking a shower.
She urged students to hold on to the relationships they make whilst at the university, saying that she still holds dear the ones that she made: “Loyalty is what I always got and loyalty is what you always get.
“I urge you to surround yourself with good and honest people.”
