 Brooke Mueller has been arrested on suspicion of third degree assault and cocaine possession.

According to TMZ.com, the American actress and former ex-wife of Charlie Sheen was arrested after she was alledgedy involed in a scuffle at a Colorado nightclub.
 
 Police were called to the nightclub in Aspen, Colorado, on Friday night and she was subsequently arrested and taken to Pitkin County jail. She was released on Saturday morning on a $11,000 bail bond.
 
 The 34 year old has two sons with the former Two and a half Men star, for which they share joint custody. Brooke has already completed various stints in rehab over the last few years after struggling from addiction.
 
 Her divorce from Sheen was finialised in May this year. Brooke's arrest comes just shy of this time in 2009, when Sheen was arrested at their shared home for domestic abuse, for which he was sentenced to rehab and probation.
 
 Sheen reportedly paid Brooke's bail bond over the weekend so she could be released.
