Barry Feinstein, the legendary celebrity photographer, has died at the age of 80.
He was best known for his portraits of Bob Dylan and George Harrison, and sadly lost his battle with ill health in New York on Thursday.
Feinstein established a career snapping pictures of Hollywood stars such as Judy Garland and Steve McQueen in the 60s and 70s, but became most famous for his work with the top rock stars of that era.
He shot the memorable covers for Dylan's The Times They Are A-Changin' in 1964 and for former Beatle Harrison's 70s solo release, All Things Must Pass.
He was also behind the Rolling Stone's Beggars Banquet album artwork, which features a graffiti-covered toilet.
Feinstein's work was most recently featured in director Martin Scorsese's new documentary, George Harrison: Living in the Material World.
