Anna Friel Forced To Fix Teeth For TV Role....

British actress Anna Friel was forced to have her teeth fixed for her role in U.S. TV drama Pushing Daisies.The 31-year-old was encouraged to improve her appearance for the part after the show's producer noticed her teeth were discoloured and crooked.Friel was upset by comments at first but went on to book a whitening treatment and have an orthodontic brace fitted in a bid to improve her smile.She says, "When I first started filming Pushing Daisies, my agent and the producer told me I needed to have my teeth whitened."I'm very good at brushing them. So I refused . Everyone just shrugged and told me they'd do a test film."When I saw it, I couldn't believe what I looked like on screen. I'm not kidding, compared to everyone else my teeth looked green. I was horribly embarrassed".
