Alyson Hannigan helps write a self-help guide
Alyson Hannigan is set to reveal her top tips for ladies in a new self-help book.
The American Pie actress recently became the face of Head&Shoulders and as part of the project Hannigan will help the company put together a go-to female called The Good Girlfriend Guide.
She tells UsMagazine.com: "Women can log onto the Head & Shoulders for Women Facebook Fan Page and give their own advice on everything from beauty to motherhood to relationships. It'll be a lot of fun - the bits of advice will help women navigate the waters of life."
The star, 37, who is a mum herself, can't eait to share her tips with young girls because she admits she could have done with some hints when she was growing up.
She adds: "I really wanted a perm when I was in junior high school, and the day after I got one, I burst into tears. It wasn't a good look for me since I was a tomboy and didn't want to do much in terms of styling my hair."
