Adam Anders, one of the producers for hit TV show Glee, has decided to nurture new, young talent by launching is own record label.  

Anders serves as an executive music producer on the American TV show, and has already signed three artists to his label, Anders Music Records.   The lucky three are Disney star Shane Harper, Zac Poor and Ben Burgess.

Anders doesnt just plan on signing young musicians though,

 He tells Reuters, "We are here to develop artists. I'm 35 and I tend to gravitate towards younger artists. But if the singer is 30 and the music's great, I'll consider it."
