Hot on the heels of a certain teen phenomenon comes Vampires Suck, which sees the comedy duo behind Scary Movie and Epic Movie apply their unique parody style to vampires, and vampire-lovers, with hilarious consequences.
Vampires Suck follows Becca Crane (Jenn Proske) as she moves to the town of Sporks to be with her father Frank (Diedrich Bader, Chuck).
A bit of a loner, Becca struggles to fit in at her new school until she introduced to the mysterious Sullen family. A ridiciously pale, suspiciously blood-loving group who captivate the school with their slow-motion entrances and frequent face-powder application.
Becca quickly falls under the spell of the mysterious Edward Sullen (Matt Lanter, Disaster Movie) but finds herself torn with her childhood friend Jacob (Chris Riggi, Gossip Girl) makes his own play for her affections. Becca’s problems really begin when she realises that the objects of her affections are in fact a vampire and a werewolf...
In her quest to decide between the two she must survive a family dinner without actually becoming the main course; save Edward from a murderous volturi and make it to her prom with the guy of her dreams.
With the interjection of a group of camp werewolves, Jacob’s failing struggle against his own body hair and even an appearance from Lady Gaga - Vampires Suck is far from your average vampire flick.
