When Casey is plagued by nightmares of a terrifying young child and a strange blue pigmentation begins to creep into her beautiful brown eyes, she begins an investigation discovering that she once had a twin brother who died whilst they were in the womb.

After uncovering this shocking revelation, things begin to unravel taking a deadly turn, with Casey experiencing more unfathomable and merciless dreams, leading her to question the sanity of her own mind and fearing for the safety of those around her.

Suspecting the demonic spirit haunting her every move is the soul of her dead twin and with nowhere to turn, Casey seeks out Sofi, an elderly lady who appears to have had a similar visit from the underworld. Reluctantly a disturbed and shaken Sofi summons up the courage to explain that as a young child she once had a twin brother who was murdered in horrendous Nazi experiments in Auschwitz.

Terrifyingly Sofi’s young brother was brought back to life by an evil dybbuk who intended to use his innocent body as a portal into the world of the living. Seeing no other option, Sofi killed her twin to stop the menacing spirit, which now haunts her family for revenge.

Suddenly revealed as her grandmother, Sofi refers a petrified Casey to Rabbi Sendak, who can perform a Jewish exorcism to remove the dybbuk, but this dangerous ritual does not go without life threatening risks. In attempt to prevent the same fate as her dead mother and with no alternative in sight, Casey finds the Rabbi and begs for the chance to live.

In a suspense-filled room, Casey is encircled by volunteers and her devoted boyfriend whilst the Rabbi apprehensively begins the Exorcism ritual. Suddenly a rapid turn of events means the ritual is disrupted and chaos is unveiled. Killing everyone in its path the fiendish dybbuk is unstoppable....

The Unborn is this year’s must see horror, thriller, intense from start to finish with spectacular visionary sequences of terror and fantastic performances from an all star cast.
