Search for the truth with the members of The Jury as they return to the Old Bailey during the brand new series, coming to DVD on 14th November 2011, courtesy of ITV Studios Home Entertainment.
Nearly five years after finding Alan Lane guilty of murdering three women, the twelve members of the jury are thrown back into the turmoil of the trial as the convictions against Lane are overturned and consequently new evidence surfaces.
As defence attorney Emma Watts (Julie Walters - Harry Potter, Mo, Canterbury Tales) goes head-to-head with prosecutor John Mallroy (Roger Allam - The Thick of It, V for Vendetta, The Queen) to determine the fate of Alan Lane (John Lynch - Sliding Doors), the members of the jury, including Steven Mackintosh (Mo, Underworld: Evolution, Care) and Jodhi May (A World Apart, The Gambler), become increasingly involved in a case that will unavoidably change their lives forever.
Written by multi-BAFTA Award winner Peter Morgan (The Queen, Frost/Nixon, The Last King of Scotland), and including great cast interviews in the DVD extras, this five-hour drama will have audiences as captivated by the controversy as the jury themselves when it’s released on DVD.
