The only man that understands them is also their hunter, head of the German Police force, Horst Herold. Relentlessly pursuing the leaders of the Red Army Faction as they bomb, rob, kidnap and assassinate anyone that get’s in their way, Herold closes in on them but will this put a stop the carnage or do the young leaders  represent only the tip of the iceberg?
