Belle (real name Hannah Baxter) is now a high-class independent escort and, in addition to keeping her long list of varied clients happy, she is unintentionally befriended by the bubbly but clingy Bambi (Ashley Madekwe) who aspires to be an escort just like Belle.
Whilst acting as an unwilling mentor to this wannabe call girl, she is also witnessing her best friend, Ben (Iddo Goldberg), the only person who knows about her secret life, seemingly settling down into domestic bliss.
As a result, Belle throws herself into her work, the only place where she feels totally in control. But then Belle meets Alex, the handsome doctor who she mistakes for a client in a hotel bar.
