Showcasing the new KITT for the legions of fans of the original show as well as a whole new audience, this super-charged action series features possibly the coolest car ever created.
KITT is equipped with an 'AI' (artificial intelligence) that is capable of hacking almost any system. What’s more, its weapons systems match that of a jet fighter, and its body is capable of actually transforming into other vehicles using sophisticated holographic imagery to elude villains.
Knight Rider has an impeccable service history - produced by Gary Scott Thompson (The Fast and the Furious), Dave Bartis (The O.C), Doug Liman (The Bourne Ultimatum), and Matt Pyken (Las Vegas). Taking the starring role is Justin Bruening (Cold Case, CSI: Miami) as Mike Traceur, who battles it out against a new group of villains in this hi-octane drama.
Starring alongside Breuning is Deanna Russo (The Young and the Restless) as Sarah Graiman, Sydney Tamiia Poitier (Deathproof) as Carrie Rivai, a tough FBI agent who doesn't see eye-to-eye with Mike, Paul Campbell (Battlestar Galactica) as Billy Morgan, the head research technician at Knight Industries, and two-time Golden Globe® winner Bruce Davison (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) as Charles Graiman, creator of Knight Industries Three Thousand (KITT).
To add to the all-star line-up, the legendary actor Val Kilmer (Batman Forever) provides the Voice of KITT: the artificially intelligent automobile.
