Perhaps you are biding your time to see what happens with something or someone because the situation is so unpredictable there is nothing you can do to control it.
The dream could reflect you leaving things to fate rather than making a decision yourself. Do you believe in fate? If not, the dice in the dream could be a warning to you to take control.
Perhaps you are testing your luck with someone or trying your luck in a particular situation. This may go in your favour, or it may not- but you are willing to take the risk in the hope that things will go your way.
If you feel worried because you don’t know how something is going to play out- this could be why you dreamed of dice.
Consider the numbers on the dice to offer more clarity- were the numbers significant to you?
Think of the phrase- ‘the last throw of the dice’, perhaps you are doing something one last time in the hope that it goes in your favour.
Consider what happened after you threw the dice, if it was a negative outcome, perhaps your gut is telling you to stop now, however if something positive came from it- it’s possible you feel it’s worth giving it one last shot.
If you were holding onto the dice, the dream could be telling you that if you never roll the dice- nothing will change and not to expect it to. Whereas if you were rolling the dice- perhaps you feel you need to act now rather than playing it safe.
If you were playing a game involving dice, try to remember who else was there. Were those you were playing with people you trust or not? Perhaps the dream is warning to you to only ‘throw the dice’ or ‘play the game’ if it’s with people who share the same values and morals as you do.
