It can also mean that you often listen to someone, however they don’t extend you the same courtesy. You may need to alert them to this imbalance if they lack some self-awareness. Or if they know they are doing it- perhaps it’s time to distance yourself from this person if the relationship lacks mutual respect.
A radio can also mean that you are being bombarded with ideas and opinions from someone who won’t allow you to discuss them or debate them. It’s their way or no way.

If you turned off a radio in your dream, pay close attention to who it was. It’s possible you are trying to silence someone in your life whose views you don’t agree with or who you are simply unwilling to listen to anymore.
To change a radio station in your dream suggests that you want something or someone new in your life. You are looking for a fresh perspective or have lost faith in someone so are looking for another person to take their place as a reliable source of information.
