Today is National Military Brat Day so we explore what it means to dream about a brat.
What does it all mean?
A brat is defined as ‘a child that is typically badly behaved’. Whatever age you are- do you feel that this describes you? Are you behaving badly in general? Towards certain people? Within a certain setting? If so- ask yourself why. There is always an underlying reason for negative behaviours so try and find the route of why you choose to act this way. If you can target this- you might feel compelled to respond differently in future.
On the other hand- perhaps your dream was related to someone in your life who you would associate with this word. Do they need your help to break the cycle? Alternatively, do you need to distance yourself from them if you feel they are a bad influence on you?
The phrase ‘spoiled brat’ is commonly used in society- so again- is this dream about you or someone else? If you know you are spoiled- do you feel guilty that you are? What are you spoiled with? Love? Material possessions? Food? Is the tool used to spoil you healthy or unhealthy? If it’s healthy- you may wish to continue along the same path- however if it’s not- do you need to speak to those who spoil you and ask them to tone it down?

You may see yourself as lucky that you are spoiled- if this is the case- could you spread your riches around to help others benefit?
The word ‘brat’ is often linked to people who always get their way or those who seem to have the rules consistently bent in their favour. Do you know someone like this? If so and this is how they have always been- perhaps you need to shift your focus away from them. You can’t change others you can only change yourself and you don’t know everything that goes on behind closed doors. People only let you see what they want you too.
It’s possible others view you as this very person. Whether they do or don’t- everyone has an opinion and it doesn’t mean it’s true.
