Perhaps you have too many things to choose from in your life right now- maybe your skill set means you are in demand professionally, your love life is promising because you have many suitors or a great many things you could be yours because your finances are so healthy right now. Whatever it might be- you are struggling to make a decision between them all because you are overwhelmed by so much choice.
Perhaps your particular set of circumstances allows you to do certain things in your waking life- things you never thought you could. On the contrary- it’s possible you wish the opportunity would present itself for you do to something.
In terms of comfort- catalogues are often used to shop from your bed or your sofa- so it’s possible you like your home comforts and prefer to do as much as you can from your safe place. On the other hand, the dream could be telling you that you like an easy life and don’t ever stretch or challenge yourself.
Perhaps you prefer to do things that don’t involve others. You are much happier when making decisions alone rather than being influenced by other opinions, thoughts and trends. It gives you thinking time and the opportunity to weigh things up.
The catalogue could be symbolic of who you want to be. Perhaps you are not happy with the way you look, the things you have or the clothes you put on your back and it represents as aspirational you. It might symbolise the fantasies you have about having a better home, being more attractive or how you present yourself.
Another interpretation is that you are wasting your time on something frivolous. Perhaps you need to stop turning the pages of the catalogue, wishing for what you don’t have and focus on what you already have in life.
