WITH VERY SPECIAL CELEBRITY GUESTS EACH NIGHT

Following their acclaimed Sky Atlantic series, LA cult hit RONNA & BEVERLY return to The Soho Theatre with their boisterous live chat show. America’s favourite fifty-something Jewish matriarchs (played by thirty-somethings Jessica Chaffin & Jamie Denbo) will shock you with their raunchy humour, unwelcome advice and educational excerpts from their self-help book as they take hostage up to three celebrity interviewees each night. You’ll never know who’ll turn up!
In their own words: Beverly: “We LOVE coming back to the motherland- which technically for us would be Eastern Europe - but who wants to go to Latvia? Yay, England! We also love Indian food. What was the question?”
Ronna: “The U.K. has become like a second home. We’re thrilled to be back at The Soho, and can’t wait to catch up with our favourite stars and find out what’s wrong with them now.”
Ronna & Beverly are a West Coast phenomenon adored by Hollywood’s A-list for their ribald banter, outrageous repartee and no-holds barred approach to audience participation. These are the world’s best worst chat show hosts who think nothing of needling their famous guests for intimate details and mocking stunned onlookers.
Director/Executive Producer of the smash-hit Bridesmaids, Paul Feig, who has remained in the girls careers since directing their US television pilot, says: “They can literally make you cry with laughter. You simply never know which way the show's going to go or how their guest will react to their interrogations. It’s a really funny roller- coaster ride from start to finish.”
So if you want a sympathetic ear, stay home and watch Oprah, but if you want to be left speechless by Boston’s most brazen Jewish matrons, and LA’s most accomplished character actresses, then Ronna and Beverly will see you on the couch.
Previous talk show guests include: Matt Lucas (Little Britain), Chris O’Dowd (Bridesmaids), Simon Amstell (Nevermind the Buzzcocks), Matthew Perry (Friends), Jon Hamm (Mad Men), Will Arnett (30 Rock, Arrested Development), Miranda Hart (Miranda, Call The Midwife), Jeff Garlin (Curb Your Enthusiasm), America Ferrera (Ugly Betty) and Russell Brand.
Jessica Chaffin’s TV credits include Curb your Enthusiasm (HBO), Entourage (HBO) 90210 (CW) and Weeds (Showtime). Jamie Denbo’s TV credits include Happy Hour (Fox), Weeds (Showtime) and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (CBS), film credits include Yes Man and Must Love Dogs. They both star in The Heat, the new movie directed by Paul Feig, starring Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, which is released in the UK this summer by Fox.

“The two have taken the chat show to a place it has never been before. And from which, quite frankly it should never bother returning.”
